What’s in it for you ?
As Acquisition Coordinator, you will fulfill tasks related to the day to day operations of the company. In doing so, you will be able to improve your problem solving skills, your understanding of operational processes, your strategic thinking, and your ability to collaborate with other team members to assure mate onboarding and retention.
Within this role, you will also be able to expand your knowledge on the startup sphere, and engage in meaningful conversations with the company’s founders and managers through their training sessions, workshops, and happy hours.
Role description :
The Acquisition Coordinator will develop and execute the company’s strategies in regard to acquiring, training, managing and retaining Mates.
Your goals are, but not limited to :
- Collaborating with the Marketing department to initiate creative ways to source potential
- Mates who share the company’s values
- Utilizing CRM tools such as Hubspot and Aircall to sequence contact and convert leads to mates
- Working with the Operations coordinator to train, on-board, and pay mates.
What we are looking for ?
We are looking for a highly motivated individual that is willing to work hard, learn and grow exponentially. Candidates must be people-oriented, flexible and able to adapt to new situations frequently.
General Requirements :
- University degree or currently completing one
- Someone who studied Human Ressources or Industrial Relations is also a good fit
- Interested in the startup and venture capital space
- Bilingual French / English is a major asset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Organizational skills
- Sales experience in an asset
- Comfortable with CRM tools like Hubspot/Aircall
